In a statement released by the Director of Defence Media Operations, Major General Edward Buba, the armed forces successfully neutralized 108 terrorists and rescued 214 kidnapped hostages within a week.

In a coordinated air strike, the military eliminated several terrorists and destroyed the camp of a notorious terrorist kingpin, Buhari, in Giwa Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The operation also led to the recovery of 66 assorted weapons and 4,087 ammunition.
Oil Theft Crackdown

Troops under Operation Delta Safe recovered 1.13 million liters of stolen crude oil, 228,770 liters of illegally refined Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), and other petroleum products. Additionally, 76 illegal refining sites and 487 dugout pits were discovered and destroyed.
