The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has recovered €5,100 from a Nigerian romance scammer and returned it to the victim, a Spanish citizen named Heinz Burchard Einhaus Uchtmann. The recovery was a result of a collaborative effort between the EFCC and the Spanish Police.
